Terms and conditions

All payment is taken at the start of the physiotherapy appointment by online transfer, or cash. A receipt of payment will be given at the appointment. I am listed on the private healthcare register and some patients may be able to claim back the physiotherapy fee by presenting their insurance company with the physiotherapy paid invoice. All patients need to check with their insurance companies to see what level of cover they are providing.

Please note:

• Victoria Brattan Children’s physiotherapy can not be held responsible for non-payment of claims.
• Some patients that are treated with regular weekly appointments may be invoiced monthly, this will be sent at the end of the month and payment by BACS would be expected within 21 days.
• Home visits are available but incur an additional travel fee
• 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment or there is a 50% charge
• Cancelled hydrotherapy appointments may still be charged at the full rate
